Box
9L clear plastic box (external dimensions: 395mm x 255mm x 155mm). Our boxes are sourced from a UK manufacturer and are made from polypropylene, which is fully recyclable.
The box lids clip firmly shut and can be secured using the integrated holes to prevent accidental opening. We recommend either our tree clips (coming soon!) or standard cable ties.
Hornet Cone
Designed and 3D Printed in the UK, using ASA (Acrylonitrile-Styrene-Acrylate). ASA was chosen as it is very UV stable, thus perfect for prolonged outdoor usage. It is also biocompatible and can be recycled.
Attractant Container
Our attractant containers will hold up to 200 ml of hornet/wasp attractant. The container features a screw-top lid with small holes in the top that allow the attractant smell to be disseminated, while preventing captured insects from falling into the liquid. By containing the attractant in a small, manageable pot, less attractant is required, cleaning and refill is quick and easy, and non-intentional insect deaths are minimised.
Fixing hardware
Our cones are attached using stainless steel nuts and bolts.
